All files are supplied in 3MF format.

Our 3MF files may contain the print settings, orientation, colour information and other settings that we personally use when printing the design. These are provided as a helpful starting point only.

Please check all settings carefully before beginning your print. Every printer, filament and setup is different, and you should adjust settings as required for your own equipment and materials.

Oh Em is not responsible for failed prints, filament loss, printer issues or other costs resulting from printing without first checking and confirming your own settings.

We're human, and with lots of files being designed, tested and uploaded, the occasional small mistake can happen.

If you find an issue with one of our files, please contact us directly so we can investigate and correct it.

We'd much rather know about it so we can get it fixed!

⚠️ Physical Product Sales

Our file usage terms allow you to create and sell physical products made using the purchased digital file.

You may:

• ✔ Print unlimited physical products
• ✔ Sell your physical printed products
• ✔ Use your purchased files for personal or commercial printing

You may not:

• ✘ Share, gift or redistribute the digital files
• ✘ Sell or upload the digital files anywhere
• ✘ Include the files in memberships, bundles, drives or file-sharing groups
• ✘ Claim the digital designs as your own
• ✘ Sell, share or redistribute modified versions of the digital files

The terms apply to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Oh Em accepts no responsibility or liability for any claims, disputes, losses, takedowns or other issues that may arise from the purchaser's use, marketing or sale of physical products created using our files
