These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Oh Em.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms should be read in conjunction with our Shipping & Handling and Returns & Refunds policies.
Products & Personalisation
Many of our products are personalised or made to order.
- Personalisation details are copied directly from your order into our production systems
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, ages, spelling, and details are correct at checkout
- Once production has commenced, orders cannot be changed or cancelled
Custom Orders & Proof Approval
For custom orders, a digital proof and colour swatch will be provided prior to production.
- Production will only commence once the proof has been approved by the customer
- Proof approval confirms acceptance of the design, layout, and colours shown
- Once approved, no refunds or changes will be accepted for change of mind or claims that the final product is not to expectation
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Oh Em reserves the right to update pricing, products, or availability at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be received in full before production begins.
Priority Processing
Priority Processing:
- is optional and subject to availability
- prioritises production time only
- does not affect shipping carrier delivery times
- is non-refundable regardless of order outcome
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched in perfect, as-new condition.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier:
- delivery timeframes and handling are outside of our control
- responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier
If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.
Delivery issues, lost parcels, or disputes will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
Oh Em is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds, replacements, and returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, images, and content remain the intellectual property of Oh Em unless otherwise stated.
Designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oh Em is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
This does not limit rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to These Terms
Oh Em reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
